The Project

Mangal Tirth Estate Limited entered into a Development Agreement with Spencer & Company Ltd. for developing this Property into a prestigious & modern shopping-cum-office Complex of approximately 10.68 lakhs sq.ft. Consisting of nearly 600,000 sq.ft. of air-conditioned shopping units and 400,000 sq.ft. of office units. The shopping arcade is located in the ground, first and second floors and the office units are spread between the fourth and the seventh floors.

The sheer size of the project necessitated that the projects to be build in three stages.

The Phase-I of the building consisting of about 300,000 sq.ft. has already been built and delivered. The Second Phase of the project consisting of about 400,000 sq.ft. is sold and occupied by many top brands and varieties of shops. Third phase is under construction and will be delivered by April'02.
